Dahlia Kelly is the former Managing Director of Patsy Kelly and Associates, an Executive Placement Service. She was appointed to the Board of directors of Jamaica Producers Group in 1988 and serves on the Board’s Executive, Audit and Corporate Governance Committees. Mrs. Kelly is a director of the National Education Trust, the St. Mary Education Trust, and JP Tropical Group, and is a trustee of the Sydney A. Phillips Scholarship Trust. Mrs. Kelly previously served as director of the Urban Development Corporation. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies.
